InterContinental at Doral Miami & Blue Matisse Restaurant Announce an Addition to its Brunch Series
Doral – InterContinental at Doral Miami part of IHG Hotels & Resorts luxury and lifestyle portfolio, today announced the addition of Valentine’s Sunday brunch. This is the first year the hotel’s restaurant, Blue Matisse, will offer brunch to commemorate the popular love and friendship day.
The Valentine’s brunch will be available on Sunday, February 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The menu will feature delicious breakfast favorites, seafood, ceviche, carving, and pasta stations, house specialties, signature chocolate fountain, and unlimited mimosas as well as a kid’s corner. The brunch is $65 per person, $33 kids 4 to 16, and free for kids under 4.

The Valentine’s brunch will become part of the hotel’s brunch series, which includes Easter, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. Each brunch is carefully curated and have become a cornerstone family feast in Doral and Miami.
Blue Matisse Restaurant will also offer a four-course dinner with a wine pairing option on Friday, February 14 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Valentine’s Day dinner is $75 with a $105 wine pairing option per person.
