The Doral Golf Resort & Spa, A Marriott Resort is gearing up to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2012 by revealing a resort-wide $16 million renovation project. The Florida golf resort staff has been preparing for the milestone throughout the past few years and is excited to showcase the new additions in the legendary hotel to the south Florida community and traveling guests.
The renovation at the Miami luxury resort included the openings of The Jim McLean Signature golf course, the new Latin-inspired steakhouse Mesazul, the Bossa Nova lobby bar, and the redesign to the award-winning Spa at Doral that has partnered with the Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa.
Along with the anniversary, the property also is celebrating the promotion of Chris Bracken to the position of director of sales and marketing.
