Doral Trolley Service Will be expanded Starting February 3, 2020
DORAL, FL – Doral Trolley service will be expanded starting February 3, 2020, upon approval of two additional trolley vehicles during midday-weekday hours for Route 1 completing a total of 16 vehicles in service.
The new trolley vehicles were approved by the Mayor and the Council thanks to our City’s residents, students, and schools that brought this need to their attention.
It is expected that the service expansion alleviates school dismissal demand by providing service to six schools: Doral Academy Middle/High School, John I Smith K-8 Center, Eugenia B Thomas K-8 Center, Dr. Rolando Espinosa K-8 Center, Dr. Toni Bilbao Elementary, and Ronald Reagan High School.
These are the proposed routes:

I took the trolley like 6 months ago because left my ride at the dealer for service and wanted to go get some things at a store miles away .
I started to walk to the store but the trolley was driving by and I took it , I found it very efficient and think it is a great idea .
Plenty of things in Miami do not work as they should , let’s be honest about this but the trolley works , works well .
