The intent of the City of Doral is that the Ordinance on signs stays within the constitutional framework. For the residents, the most important thing is to keep the order and cleanliness of the city.

The authorities in Doral are analyzing a modification to the  “Downtown Mixed Use” District, this with the objective to provide more flexibility to combine the use of commercial areas and to promote an efficient urban development for the area under the category of “Downtown Mixed Use (DMU)” District.

An average reduction of 10% of time wasted in traffic was the result of a pilot program based on the use of smart signals, installed and tested in the city of Doral by the Department of Transportation and Public Works of Miami-Dade County (DTPW).

A new step towards the construction of our swimming pool was taken by the Doral City Council through the approval, unanimous approval, of the Master Plan Concept for Doral Central Park, presented in a special session along with the design documents of Phase 1, the latter consisting in the construction of the park water facilities.

Doral’s City Council unanimously approved in first reading the zoning amendment requested by Codina Partner to allow the construction of a residential development made up by 250 apartments in the lot located between 41st Street and 107th and 109th Avenues.
