Under the premise of forming entrepreneurs with a global vision, San Ignacio College opened a new campus in the city of Doral. Its academic programs are solidly supported by the experience of over 45 years with San Ignacio de Loyola and international alliences with over 160 institutions specialized in the field of education.

Raul Diez Canseco Terry, founder of the San Ignacio de Loyola Educational Corporation and former Vice President of Peru, as well as, Alex Azcuy, president of San Ignacio College, presided over the ceremony. They explained that this expansion brings about the consolidation obtained through the culinary school to new academic options that will allow young Latin Americans to attain a Bachelor’s Degree and begin their new destinies in the United States.

Diez Canseco expanded that San Ignacio College has been a Culinary Arts School for over six years and was the first Latin American and Peruvian cuisine training institution in the United States that emerged in alliance with the Disney Corporation. To date, there have been over 100 alumni, 70 percent of whom currently hold excellent leadership business positions.

The new campus of San Ignacio College, inaugurated on May 21, 2014 , is located at 3895 NW 107 Avenue in Doral. It offers degrees in the Culinary Arts, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management and Early Childhood Education in a personalized environment, adapted to the needs of each student.

All educational packages are bilingual, so the students who wish to pursue their subjects in Spanish can do so with the certainty of receiving a certified degree recognized in the United States. Similarly, enrollment in San Ignacio College opens the possibility for students to apply for student visas.

San Ignacio College is certified by the Commission for Independent Education of the Florida Department of Education and is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools to award certificates, diplomas and academic degrees.

“The San Ignacio de Loyola Corporation hopes to bring to Doral the quality university education we have been offering in Peru for more than 45 years,” declared Diez Canseco.

He also added that they have their own system of scholarships ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.

ENTREPRENEUR SCHOOL

“We are a school for entrepreneurs, where we educate young people to be part of their own destiny,” assured Diez Canseco.   He states that students who attend the San Ignacio College not only learn about the academic programs they choose, but they also learn to develop their personal skills to use in their favor.

Diez Canseco explained that education in San Ignacio College is based on four fundamental pillars, the first of them being that entrepreneurship is based on teaching people to be agents of their own destiny, to not depend on others , set their own goals and conquer the world with passion and conviction.

“Another of these pillars is social responsibility-referring to social inclusion, which should not be limited because we have to create a more just society, one which thinks more about those who have less. We also have the pillar of development of that which lets us see the possibilities and advantages offered from living and forming ourselves in the United States, looking beyond our own environment.”

Last, but not least of the pillars of San Ignacio College, Diez Canseco mentioned globalization. A well-trained student must be prepared to develop with emotional and professional certainty anywhere in the world.

San Ignacio College inauguró nuevo campus en Doral.

 

El ex-presidente del gobierno español, José María Aznar y la vice-presidenta de la corporación Disney, Kristi Breen, fungieron como padrinos de la nueva sede del San Ignacio College.

 Bajo la premisa de formar emprendedores con una visión global, el San Ignacio College inauguró un nuevo campus en la ciudad de Doral, con programas académicos respaldados por la experiencia de más de 45 años de la organización San Ignacio de Loyola y alianzas internacionales con más de 160 instituciones especializadas en el área de la educación.

Raúl Diez Canseco Terry, fundador de la Corporación Educativa San Ignacio de Loyola y ex-vicepresidente de Perú, así como, Alex Azcuy, presidente de San Ignacio College presidieron la ceremonia y explicaron que esta expansión logrará llevar la consolidación obtenida a través de la escuela gastronómica a nuevas opciones académicas que permitirán los jóvenes latinoamericanos obtener un Bachelor Degree e iniciar su nuevo destino en Estados Unidos.

Diez Canseco explicó que San Ignacio College, como escuela de Artes Culinarias, tiene más de seis años y ha sido la primera institución formativa gastronómica latinoamericana y peruana en Estados Unidos que surgió en alianza con la Corporación Disney. En la actualidad, cuenta con más de 100 alumnos egresados, 70 por ciento de los cuales ocupan excelentes posiciones laborales de liderazgo empresarial.

El nuevo campus del San Ignacio College, inaugurado el pasado 21 de mayo del 2014, está ubicado en la 3895 NW con 107 Avenida en Doral y ofrece títulos en Artes Culinarias, Comercio, Comercio Internacional, Mercadeo, Administración Hotelera y Educación Temprana, en un ambiente personalizado, adaptado para las necesidades de cada estudiante.

Todos los paquetes educativos son bilingües, así que el estudiante que desee cursar sus materias en español podrá hacerlo con la certeza de recibir un título certificado y reconocido en Estados Unidos. Igualmente, la inscripción en el San Ignacio College abre la posibilidad de que los alumnos opten a visas estudiantiles.

San Ignacio College cuenta con la certificación de la Comisión de Educación Independiente del Departamento de Educación de Florida y la acreditación del Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools para otorgar certificados, diplomas y grados académicos.

“La Corporación San Ignacio de Loyola espera traer a Doral, la educación universitaria de calidad que hemos estado ofreciendo en Perú por más de 45 años,” acotó Diez Canseco, quien también señaló que cuentan con un propio sistema de becas que oscilan entre los 5 y 15 mil dólares.

ESCUELA DE EMPRENDEDORES

“Somos una escuela de emprendedores, donde educamos a los jóvenes para que sean parte de su propio destino”, aseguró Diez Canseco, al manifestar que los estudiantes que asistan al San Ignacio College no sólo aprenderán sobre los programas académicos para los que opten, sino que también sabrán cómo desarrollar sus habilidades personales para usarlas a su favor.

Diez Canseco explicó que la educación impartida en el San Ignacio College se basa en cuatro pilares fundamentales, siendo el primero de ellos el emprendimiento que se basa en enseñar a las personas a ser actores de su propio destino, a no depender de los demás, fijarse sus propias metas y conquistar al mundo con pasión y convicción.

Por último, pero no menos importante pilar del San Ignacio College, Diez Canseco mencionó la globalización, pues un alumno bien formado tiene que estar preparado emotiva y profesionalmente para desarrollarse con certeza y atino en cualquier parte del mundo.
