Midtown Doral Reaches Another Milestone.

Another round of closings have begun at Midtown Doral, a mixed-use residential community located on NW 107th Avenue between 74th and 90th Street, announced Nancy Pastor, Director of Sales and Marketing. Residents are happy to be moving into their smart condos with high-end finishes, spacious open floor plan layouts and the convenience of having restaurants, shops, A+ rated schools and parks within walking distance of their home. Midtown Doral is diligently delivering units to the homeowners in two more buildings and closings are simultaneously taking place. The fourth building will be delivered to its homeowners in the fall of 2017, and phase 1 will be complete.
Midtown Doral is in the first phase of the project with 537 residential units and close to 70,000 square feet of retail space. “Our residential units are approximately 90% sold and the retail space is over 75% leased”, stated Pastor. The Developer has taken its time in selecting the new retail tenants. All of the tenants chosen are known brands and with experience. The restaurants or eateries include Cancun Grill, Capricio, Maroosh, Delirio Fresh Co., Burgerim, 4-D and The Smoothie Spot. Other retail tenants include The Spot Barber Shop, Massage Green, Venetian Nails, Suave Dental, Doral Veterinary Care and Cheris Baby Boutique.
In the next couple of months, Midtown Doral will transform into an urban feel as the new retail tenants open their doors for the first time to the residents of Midtown Doral and its surrounding neighbors. It will be more than just a residential community as residents stroll through plazas and courtyards, have lunch or dinner at their favorite spot, enjoy coffee or tea, or a glass of wine by a bubbling fountain. Another attraction is the “Midtown Doral Experience” app, a smart system that will connect each resident to their home, building and community at the tap of a screen.
Even more exciting is what is to come. “We are currently in the planning stages of the Midtown Doral Club and Fitness Center where we will offer 75,000 square feet of amenities, including an infinity pool, a state of the art fitness center, sauna and massage parlors”, commented Pastor. When Midtown Doral completes its’ four phases, there will be 13 eight story buildings along 107th Avenue consisting of over 1,500 condominiums, 300,000 square feet of retail space, a state of the art club and fitness center, an office building and a condo hotel. There will be nothing like it in the city of Doral!

Otro ciclo de cierres y entrega de apartamentos ha comenzado en Midtown Doral, una comunidad residencial de uso mixto ubicada en la 107 Avenida del noroeste entre las calles 74 y 90 de Doral. Así lo anunció Nancy Pastor, Directora de Mercadeo y Ventas de este innovador proyecto residencial.
“Los residentes se sienten muy emocionados por estarse mudando a sus lujosos condominios, pues todos ellos tienen acabados de alta gama, amplios diseños de planta abierta y la conveniencia de tener restaurantes, tiendas, escuelas y parques clasificados A+, a poca distancia de su casa”, comenta Pastor.
En la actualidad, Midtown Doral está haciendo cierres y entrega de sus unidades a los compradores de dos edificios simultáneamente. El cuarto edificio será entregado a sus propietarios en el otoño de 2017 y de esta forma, la fase 1 estará totalmente culminada.
Midtown Doral está en su primera fase de ejecución, la cual comprende 537 unidades residenciales y un aproximado a los 70,000 pies cuadrados de espacios comerciales. “Aproximadamente, un 90% de nuestras unidades residenciales ya están vendidas y del total del área comercial, un 75% ya está rentado”, informó Pastor.
El desarrollador de Midtown Doral ha sido cuidadoso en la selección de sus inquilinos comerciales, por lo que, todos ellos, son marcas reconocidas y con amplia experiencia. Entre los restaurantes, podemos mencionar a Cancun Grill, Capricio, Maroosh, Delirio Fresh Co., Burgerim, 4-D y The Smoothie Spot. Se espera que, en los próximos meses, Midtown Doral se transforme en una sensación urbana, ya que estos restaurantes y tiendas abrirán sus puertas a los residentes de Midtown Doral y a sus vecinos cercanos. “Seremos mucho más que una comunidad residencial, ya que los residentes podrán pasear por las plazas y patios, almorzar o cenar en su lugar favorito o disfrutar de un café, un té o una copa de vino en medio de un espectacular ambiente”.
Nancy Pastor también hizo referencia a las características inteligentes de este proyecto que le está cambiando el rostro a la ciudad de Doral. “Otra atracción para nuestros residentes es “Midtown Doral Experience”, una aplicación que conecta a cada residente con su casa, su edificio y su comunidad, con tan sólo tocar una pantalla”.
