Executives from the KAPOW program thanked City of Doral Directors and the Doral Police Department for their job as volunteers during this year

A brief look at the options and testimonies of experienced parents can be a starting point for those considering homeschooling their children.

The construction of new schools and the improvement of existing school infrastructure are part of the projects that School Board of Miami Dade, has for the students in Doral, nevertheless, this doesn’t seem to be enough for the parents and representatives of the city.

The City of Doral honored these students at the City Council Meeting on May 11 held at City Hall. Students were presented with certificates signed by Mayor Luigi Boria recognizing them for their remarkable achievements at the Mu Alpha Theta State Convention.

The Innovators of Change Forum kicked off to a great start last week at the HUBB coworking office, with nearly a hundred people attending what turned out to be a fantastic set of panels and panelists.

The Venezuelan pop duo ‘Chino & Nacho’, together with the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation and Ford Motor Company Fund, donated musical instruments in order to support the musical program of Doral’s school.

Doral Academy Charter High School math team competed at the State level at the annual Mu Alpha Theta Convention held in Orlando, and won 31 awards during the event.

The Casimiro Global Foundation (CGF) will be hosting the Biznovator Camp 2016 for teens ages 16 to 20, from June 12 to June 25th, 2016 at the FIU School of Business. This is one of the several programs that the CGF has developed to educate the next generation of young entrepreneurs on the basics of business organization, social innovation and leadership.
